3D Development has a plan to unlock six acres of prime real estate at 21st and Main Street in Kansas City, MO. The master plan accesses the opportunity to activate 400 feet of streetscape along main street and the streetcar route, creating a landmark project with high visibility that is centrally located and connected. The Podium Office and Hotel becomes the centerpiece of mixed use developments to the east and west.
